As Episcopalians, our system of governance and accountability is part of our identity and must be faithfully attended to. This worskshop reviews business practices to equip vestry members to be faithful leaders and good stewards of parish resources. Topics include:

  • Church as Employer
  • Property/Casualty Insurance
  • Real Estate and Property
